Jade is a Senior Solicitor in the compliance and enforcement team.
Jade joined Rice Speir from a large Auckland-based litigation firm where she specialised in resource management and local government law. Her areas of expertise include:

- Compliance and enforcement
- Judicial review
- Criminal law
Jade has a broad range of litigation skills. She was previously a junior Crown prosecutor, and has also acted for private clients and various central and local government bodies in enforcement (Resource Management Act, Building Act and Local Government Act), consent and district plan appeal, alcohol regulatory, judicial review, and general civil litigation proceedings. She has appeared in the District Court, High Court, and Court of Appeal on civil and criminal matters.
