Lauren joined Rice Speir in 2025 after completing a Bachelor of Law and Science at the University of Otago, which included studying abroad in Norway to explore progressive approaches to environmental regulation and resource management.

Her previous property experience, combined with her academic background, provides her a well-rounded understanding of environmental impacts and regulatory frameworks.  She is driven by a desire to contribute to sustainable development and approaches her work with an analytical and collaborative style.
