Sarah Farnell
Sarah is an experienced civil litigator and dispute resolution specialist with over a decade of experience. Her practice spans complex litigation, insolvency, regulatory and disciplinary investigations, proceedings and enforcement.
She regularly acts for local authorities in defending and resolving civil claims and for regulators across all stages of the investigation process and proceedings.

Prior to joining Rice Speir, Sarah was a Crown Prosecutor. She has acted for the Official Assignee and private liquidators in a range of insolvency disputes, including claims against directors, bankrupts and related parties under the Companies Act 1993, Property Law Act 2007 and Insolvency Act 2006.
